Our lucky day, Team Speedway kicks off the new season with a bang! Driver Robby Unser won the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association 10th Spring Nationals wheelin' the Speedway Motors '67 Camaro this past weekend driving in Pro-X Class on no other than St. Patty's!
After some modifications over the winter, Robby stated "I've got a stronger car than I did last year" after being handed the team's new trophy. Our hats are off to Zach Woods of the Speedway Motors Engine Shop who's team rebuilt the 417 cu in small block adding some top secret voodoo magic to power the Camaro into first! The Camaro is also equipped with Speedway built GComp Suspension, Wilwood Brakes, and a Tremec Transmission from Joe Dederichs of Dederichs Motorsports!
